Our whole business philosophy is built around providing the customer with what they want and that starts with providing an individual customer service to all our clients. We are very pleased to open our shop outside of our normal opening hours if that better suits our customers and frequently visit customers in their homes to discuss their needs. We are also able to arrange for customers to visit the manufacturers of many of the pieces we stock thus giving the customer the opportunity of seeing a far greater range than many stockists are able to hold. We offer a fully bespoke service on all the upholstered furniture we stock which goes beyond saying any piece we supply can be in any fabric. Each piece is individually made to your requirements to such an extent that whilst there are prescribed sizes, these can be altered to meet your requirements. This is similarly the case with a number of the cabinet makers with whom we work. Re-upholstery is another area where we can assist and we will be happy to quote for such work. Many customers ask for the assistance of an Interior Designer but when we discuss their requirements we often discover that the customer knows what they want but just requires some help putting it all together. We are happy to assist in this and normally would not charge if ordering furniture from us. |
